30th Oct - Chiang Mai

Today is cooking day. Picked up after breakfast by Yui in her VW bus, we are taken to her house to learn Thai cooking. We made Phad Thai, chicken with cashews and Thai green chicken curry. She is a very good instructor, all turned out lovely with no disasters. So guess what you'll be eating next time you visit. On the way back we stopped at a market for Yui to explain about Thai ingredients. Quick swim at the hotel in the late afternoon, then a wander round town.
